Cambridgeshire Sportrap Championship, 2006

The county sportrap was held at Country Pursuits over both days this weekend, 8-9th July.

The shoot was generally reckoned to be about 10-20 birds harder than an average registered shoot, and whilst many shooters relished the challenge this presented, we are aware that some of the shooters from lower classes felt their enjoyment of the shoot was impaired by its difficulty. For this we apologise. We would like to assure you that your next registered shoot will be back to standard difficulty. For those who enjoyed the challenge, we recommend attending our Friday night STR, which is normally pitched at this level.

The Cambridgeshire results are here on the County Website. Below we give the full results including out-of-county shooters. Many of the trophy winners had left before the end of the shoot, so photos of them are not yet available, but we will post them here when they are.
